A note when a door opens
The first time someone opens a door, your phone tells you — quietly, once. Not every time they look at it again, and never a running commentary. If they open several at once you get one message, not a pile.

Under every opened door there is a small row of reactions and a place to write a short note. It takes a tap. That is the point — it is for the person who would never think to send a message, but would happily press a heart.

Only if they say yes
Before the very first door opens, whoever received your calendar is asked whether you may see their activity. If they decline, nothing is reported and the reactions never appear — they can open the whole calendar without you ever knowing. They can change their mind either way, at any time, in that calendar's settings.
What is recorded carries no name, no account, and no device identifier — only a door number, what kind of interaction it was, and when. All of it is deleted automatically after 60 days. If you send a calendar to one person you will of course know who reacted; we would rather say that plainly than claim an anonymity that does not survive contact with reality.
